Van Dyke Haebler Center. Park in Structure B and enter the building.

Stay to the left, go through the roundabout to the hospital (the big building on the hill) and enter the main entrance of the hospital. The building closest to 27th street is the Medical Office Building. Go straight back to Radiology. Arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment for parking and check in lines.

Park in the Emergency Room parking and enter the main emergency room doors, check in at the registration desk.

Enter off of Spring Street. Take a left at the stop sign, park in the lot to the right or closest to the building. Enter the Health Pavilion 3821 Spring Street and the Women's Imaging Center is on the first floor.

Patient Instructions: 

1. Arrive 15 minutes prior to procedure.

2. Please bring your insurance card to validate eligibility and coverage for this event.

3. Don't wear any perfume, deodorant, or powder in the breast/underarm area.

4. Wear a 2-piece outfit for convenience / must undress from waist up.
