A FREE 9-week program designed to help cancer survivors, of any type, regain their physical, emotional, and spiritual health after cancer treatment. 

During this program you will work with a trained facilitator and meet others who understand your journey
  • Regular attendance is essential to get the full benefit of the program. Enroll when you feel able to attend most of the sessions.
  • If you have completed most of your treatment and your health is stable, we invite you to enroll.
  • Patients with recurrent or metastatic disease are welcome to join us as your health permits.
  • Participants can bring and register 1 friend, family member, or caregiver.
  • These weekly sessions provide evidence based advice on topics including nutrition, exercise, building resilience, and moving forward in the face of fear.
  • Evidence shows attending Survivorship 101 reduces depression and anxiety, while increasing hope, resilience, quality of life and happiness.
