This fast-paced, condensed in-person class is taught in conjunction with access to the Understanding Birth eClass from InJoy.

We offer this fast-paced, one morning condensed class for parents with limited time, who prefer to do some learning at home. This class focuses on stages of labor, pain management options, postpartum care, basic newborn care, and an overall summary on breastfeeding.

Please plan to attend during the seventh or eighth month, so you can best retain what you learn.

*The expectant mother should register for this class and note the support person attending class also on the registration page.

• an in-person class session
