This class is free, but registration is required. Light refreshments will be provided.

This class offers 2 options in an attempt fit into your schedule. The first option is a Tue./Thurs. evening class and the second is a more express Saturday morning class. 

Tues/ Thurs. evening class:  Expectant mothers and their support partners will be given the tools to help them manage their labor and birth. Relaxation/breathing techniques and comfort positions will be practiced and information about medications and cesarean section will also be provided. Upon completion of this class, parents will gain knowledge and confidence to make informed choices for a positive birth experience.

Sat. morning express class – a great option for those who want a general overview without great detail. Expectant mothers and their support partners will be given the tools to help them manage their labor and birth. Relaxation/breathing techniques and comfort positions will be practiced and information about medications and cesarean section will also be provided. Upon completion of this class, parents will gain knowledge and confidence to make informed choices for a positive birth experience.

Both classes are in the St. Frances Creativity Conference Room next to the Bread Basket Cafeteria. Please park in Parking lot # 3 and enter into Entrance # 3. Follow signs to the room.
