Infant Care and Development Class
For Adoptive, Surrogate or Foster Families
First time parents will learn the basics of newborn care and the importance of infant growth and development from a certified Postpartum Doula and adoptive parent.
This class will provide an overview of Newborn care and Infant Development with an opportunity for follow-up with the instructor beyond the classroom. This offering is especially for waiting adoptive, surrogate, or foster families who want to learn in a safe space more about what to expect after baby leaves the hospital. A certificate of completion will be offered after attendance for a total of 2.5 hours of continuing education, if requested.

This class is offered for any family in the Milwaukee area and will be taught at our Elmbrook campus (19333 W. North Avenue in Brookfield).
