A FREE 9-week program designed to help cancer survivors, of any type, regain their physical, emotional, and spiritual health after cancer treatment.
During this program you will work with a trained facilitator and meet others who understand your journey. These weekly sessions provide evidence based advice on topics including nutrition, exercise, building resilience, and moving forward in the face of fear. Evidence shows attending Survivorship 101 reduces depression and anxiety, while increasing hope, resilience, quality of life and happiness.
-Regular attendance is essential to get the full benefit of the program. Enroll when you feel able to attend most of the sessions.
-If you have completed most of your treatment and your health is stable, we invite you to enroll.
-Patients with recurrent or metastatic disease are welcome to join us as your health permits.
-Participants can bring and register one friend, family member, or caregiver.
*Registration is required due to limited space.
